Hi, Mark!

I’d like to write you about newspapers and magazines in Ukraine. Today Ukraine has a large variety of newspapers and magazines. One can find newspapers of all kinds: national and local, official and private, special newspapers for children, teenagers, for all kinds of fans — sport fans, music fans, etc. Business newspapers, women’s magazines, car fans newspapers are very famous.

There are also a lot of “free” newspapers, which specialize in advertising. The freedom of press has become real today. The pages of newspapers carry articles on our economy, industry, agriculture and social life. You can buy it everywhere.

Every newspaper has its readers. I prefer to read “Natali”, “Stolichni Visti”. They are very interesting, I like their style and I read almost all their articles from beginning to end. Write me about newspapers and magazines in your country. Write me about your preferences in publications?

Hi, Mark!

We haven’t seen each other for ages. How are you? As for me I came to another school and was very excited to study in a such great school. What I like the most about it is that everyone is friendly. Teachers are helpful and understanding. Also if you have some difficulties with something you are always welcome. I wouldn’t change anything in it because it is great. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Write me about your school. All in all, I advise you to study here.

Love, Tania

I’d like to tell you about my school. It is located in the center of Kharkiv. It is a tradition in our school to plant their new trees and flowers years. Our school is a gymnasium. It used to be a specialized school, offering a course of English. The quality of teaching at our school is much better now than it was long ago. Moreover my school it is very well equipped. There are sports facilities including a gym and a sports ground with football field. There are 2 entrances. I like my class, too. I always feel at home there. Everybody is friendly and easy to get along with. I’m on good terms with most of my classmates and we often spend our free time together. I hope my school education will form a basis for my future occupation. Anyway, I am sure I’ll always remember my school years and the friendships I have made at school.
