If I could choose, I’d like to spend a dream holiday with my friends at the seaside. It would definitely be some exotic beach in the Bahamas. I would like to learn to dive and to explore the underwater world .Since the sun shines so brightly there, I could do anything but sunbathe.
Local people are very friendly in the Bahamas, especially the caf owners, who are keen on telling you about the sights and local customs. So far, I haven’t been on holiday with my friends. So this one would be my golden opportunity.
In addition, I imagine myself taking a tour along the islands, shopping and sightseeing.
To sum up, this holiday is perfect for me because I want to have a lot of fun.

1. Sleep is extremely important for teenagers because it is while they are sleeping that they release a hormone that is essential for their growth.
2. Most adults start to produce melatonin at about 10 pm.
3. Research has shown that teenagers start to produce the hormone at 1 am. In other words teenagers are being kept awake by their bodies and there is not much they can do about it.
