2. I don’t agree with this statement. Before you begin a diet of only 2 meals per day, get approval from your doctor.

3. I agree. Drinking much water helps us to lose weight.

4. I don’t agree. Eating healthy meals throughout the day keeps your energy up and metabolism going.

5. I quite agree with such statement. Our body must get nutrients, minerals and vitamins from food we eat. We should not only eat lots of fruit and vegetables, but also drink much water.

6. I don’t agree with this statement. We can’t imagine our lives without sugar and salt, but reducing them in out dishes can be a great way to feel better.

7. I don’t agree. We must chew slowly because it breaks your food down from large particles into smaller that are more easily digested. The longer you chew, the more time it will take you to finish a meal. Eating slowly can help to eat less and avoid weight gain.
